Senior Instructional Designer - University of North Florida

  • Design and provide project management support of the ID component of a $4 million STEM educational grant project for teacher training.
  • Program management of university-level projects: Masters of American Sign Language, Open Education Week, Project PREP, Project InTERSECT.

Program Manager - University of Delaware

  • Managed and developed complex operating procedures as the program transitioned from physical to digital unit including online course and faculty development; student technical support processes; and proctored exam processes for departments, sites, and individuals.
  • Fostered meaningful relationships with faculty to achieve timely and effective instructional design support for the online environment, content, and assessments, including work with the Sarajevo Graduate School of Business via World Bank partnership.
  • Staff supervision and team leader to develop methods to achieve programmatic goals: faculty award program, faculty fellows training program, LMS transitions, and course acceleration project.
  • Analyzed the distance learning enrollment trends to develop an agile response to the technical administration of more than 250 courses consisting of 500 sections each semester for more than 10,000 registrations per year. Documented straightforward software procedures and solutions for faculty, students, and staff resulting in comprehensive technical support for the distance learning population.
